The rental unit is located on the ground floor of a completely rehabbed century-old multi level family home, surrounded by an acre of terraced gardens and a magnificent pool. The elevated site offers stunning views of the beautiful medieval city of Sarlat and the surrounding countryside.

The house is less than 10 minutes walking distance from the heart of downtown Sarlat.

The rental unit includes a main living/dining room with a beamed ceiling, a spectacular stone working fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, and a 2 person convertible sofa.  

There are 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom features a full-size sleigh bed and is furnished with antiques typical of the region. The second bedroom features bunk beds and a third single bed, a large wardrobe and a set of French doors that open directly onto the terrace. The fully equipped bathroom includes a bathtub, and a washer and dryer.

The linens and towels are included. An outdoor dining set, a barbecue, hammocks, a full set of pool side lounge chairs and toys are also available. There is an extra shower situated near the pool.

The grounds are lovely and provide a unique playground for children.
